6:30–7:30 pm  Dinner & Welcome in the BeingWizard Dining Room

From this point on we will minimize talking

 

8:00–8:30 pm Breath work with Andrew

*After 40 years of Pranayama the science of yogic breathing exercises, with voice, trumpet & didgeridoo, Andrew has a unique philosophy and technique behind the mysterious art of breathing awareness. Breath is everything, communication with the Universe and seat of manifestation.! 

 

8:30–9:30 pm 'Essential Oil Calming

10:00 am–12:00 pm  Motivational discussion on the three agreements:

 

  • Be impeccable with your word: This agreement promotes honesty, integrity, and positivity in speech.

  • Don't take anything personally: This agreement teaches us to let go of the need for approval and not to be affected by others' opinions or actions.

  • Don't make assumptions: This agreement promotes open communication and the courage to ask questions and express our true feelings.

*Intergration is an extremely important part of the process. People put their experiences in to words thus anchoring it into a deeper meaning. Questions arising from the retreat experiences of course will be asked & answered.

7:20–9:30 am  Creative expansion & realization with oils and salt in the SaltChamber.

 

* We will focus on expanding the flow of creative energies

 

Light Breakfast 9.30am-10:30am


10:30 am–11:45 pm Cedar Mineral Hot Tub Silence

Lunch 12:00pm-1:00pm

1:00–3.00 pm Creative Analysis focusing on allowing yourself to become fully absorbed in the task at hand, loose a sense of time and open the creative expansion with the physical 'GAP' method.

2:30–4:30 pm Reading material will be handed out to read in Stillness and Reflection

4:30–6:30 pm Outdoor personal 'Despacho' or mandala in the oak portal guided by Tracy

 

*Creating a nature mandala will tell a true story and help to release blockages.

Dinner 6:30pm-7:30pm


8:00–9:00 pm  Crystal Bowl Sound Bath with Tracy&Andrew

 

*A transformative experience transmitted by the frequencies of these amazing crystal bowls, clearing away energy that is no longer beneficial.
