Come 45 minutes early and relax and soak in our mineral hot tub in-between ancient oaks and giant boulders.
Unlike many other salt rooms that contain only salt bricks, which are mostly only for decor, this is an 'Active Salt Room' whereby the salt is being ground up and diffused in to the room by an advanced system called, the Halogenerator. You sit & relax in a light, micro fine nano cloud of salt, reaping the benefits of a salt therapy session.
The room is sandstone, keeping a cool ambient temperature. It has a heated floor, set in an amazingly magical inspirational space. The benefits are: Clearing up mucus from your airways, Antibacterial, helping prevent infections, Anti-inflammatory, Immunity-boosting, Anti-allergic.
Adding the Egyptian oil therapy brings the salt room into a whole new sacred dimension. The oils are from Egypt and were used by Pharaoh. After spending 45 minutes with the oils a 15 minute salt session is run to clear the airways and ground the sacredness of the Egyptian oils.
